Barrel-Aged Mild is the second release in the Back Paddock series and celebrates Loophole Brewing Co. estate grown, floor-malted barley. This English-style pale mild aged for 8 months in neutral casks, where it developed a gentle and fruity acidity to play with the funk, oak and our homegrown malt.
