Our Czech Dark Lager was inspired by brewer; Harry’s, visit to Prague and it pays homage to a traditional brewing style, used since the 1500s. Using Bohemian Pilsner, Caramunich and Saaz hops; this lager achieves a biscuity, caramel, malt driven flavour profile with a nice toasty finish. Well-balanced by a healthy addition of Saaz, this blend has herbal notes and earthy forest floor feels.

When sipping on a pint of this delicious traditional lager, expect caramel viscosity, a crisp orange pith, complimented by a delicate bitter finish. Reminiscent of the smells from the streets of Prague, the aroma is driven with strong malt characters coupled with a generous helping of dark fruits.
