The Back Paddock Keller Pilsner is our first release in a new series of beers featuring 100% barley, grown in our back paddock. The 2020 crop was floor-malted in Ballarat by House of Malt.

A combination of Pilsner and Munich style malt provide a toasty bready flavour, a medium body and a dense fluffy foam. Noble German Halletauer hops and lager yeast add floral and herbaceous elements of grass and cucumber. Unfiltered in the ‘Keller’ style this Pilsner tastes fresh with a unique sense of our place.
