For the 2023 vintage we took Slammer on a trip north of the border to make a whiskey sour inspired beer. Yep, we aged this lemon & cherry sour ale in Tennessee Whiskey barrels over Autumn and ended up with this fire-cracker -layers of lemon, vanilla, cherry, whiskey, oak and coconut abound. Enjoy!
